Favorite Images from 2015

2016 was a very different year for me, I spent my time working on preparing my photos for art shows and selling them.  In the past years I have focused on taking pictures and refining my work. In the coming year I hope to have more of a balance of the two now that I am prepared for more shows.

This picture was taken at Jekyll Island in Georgia called Driftwood Beach.  I love black and white photos so I have a mix of both black and white and also colored photos.

Save the TurtleSave the Turtle

It was such a joy to see a turtle lay her eggs and go back home to the ocean at Jekyll Island.

Life So PreciousLife So Precious

I just love the twisted roots on this tree at St Andrews Beach.

Age of InnocenceAge of InnocenceWild foal from Cumberland Island. This is a portrait of a wild foal from Cumberland Island.

The TrailThe Trail  Not a cloud in the sky to cover up the sunset from the dunes at Cape Cod.

WaitingPhotograph taken at Nantucket Island

This picture was taken at Nantucket Island while visiting the Rogers family.

The fences in Nantucket Island are just so unique with the shells on them.  Crooked and weathered from the ocean.

2015 was a wonderful year for me overall in photography.  I learned a lot from showing my work at the art shows as they say experience is your best teacher.  It was definitely mine this year.  I am looking forward to a wonderful and profitable 2016.
